Words with Friends is a thing I invented. It came to me in a dream one night. There was this room and it was filled with people I knew and some people that I didn’t know. All of these people were crying. I walked into the room and said ‘words with friends’ and then most of these people stopped crying and started laughing. Words with Friends was born.
Words with Friends 11 was October 3rd, 2013 in Edmonton, Alberta.
Words with Friends, since its inception, has always aimed to be a fun evening where people can come and share some stories with each other. My hope was that alcohol would always be involved. If you are reading this and you are able to come then you should. If you are interested in reading something that night you should also get in touch with me. I’m on Google+ now. Do people still use that?

I seem to remember it more like you invited me for coffee and we talked about organizing a night of spoken word performances. THEN you had the dream about people crying and you walked into the room and you said ‘words with friends’ and they stopped.
